Who are we?
Andy Hill – Academy Director:

An ex-professional footballer, Andy made over 500 appearances for some of the biggest clubs in the country, including Manchester United and Manchester City. He also had a spell with Bury before finishing his career with Port Vale.
Since retiring from playing the game Andy has been heavily involved with academy management, holding the position as Centre of Excellence Director and Youth Team Coach at Bury FC’s hugely successful youth programme, playing a major role in the development of David Nugent, Colin Kazim Richards, and Simon Whaley, highly sort after young players who are now playing at the highest level.
Andy has also worked in America again in academy management and also with their Olympic Development Programme.

David Dias - Coach
An ex- Angolan international football player has played for African Nation in 1996 in South Africa. In 1996-1997 he played for World Cup Qualifiers for France 1998.
David Dias has also played in Portugal as professional footballer in a Sporting Lisbon Youth Team, he then went to Torreense F.C League 2 were they were the winners. He then played in F.C Maia in the championship. He stopped playing professionally in 2000.
Since retired playing David has come to England and has been involved in Rochdale Football in the community and also in Roftra he has assisted in co-ordination of sporting events and coaching session within deprived estates in Rochdale. He also has been involved in Bury F.C for nearly 3years now, he has used his talent as a coach across spectrum of age groups we cover from 7 to 18.
David has been nominated Coach of the year twice and this year he has been nominated for the third time at Rochdale Borough Community Sports Awards. David also works for the Pro-Vision Academy North west were they were winners on Umbro International Cup in Manchester 2009.
Jimmy Petruzzi – Conditioning/ psychology coach
Jimmy Petruzzi has worked in many countries with successful people including Premiership Football teams, Top Athletes, Politicians, Businesses, Entrepreneurs, TV Celebrities, Teachers and Schools, helping them to achieve peak performance in all aspects of their lives using NLP.
He is also dedicated to helping disadvantaged children through a variety of programmes across four continents.
In 2006 Jimmy received the highly commended Coaching Award for International & Domestic work.
Jimmy Petruzzi's background is in sports performance and communication. He has studied Sports Science and Sports Psychology in Australia, America and the UK. As well as being a highly qualified sports coach in several sports disciplines he has studied NLP and Hypnotherapy since 1993, using the techniques as an athlete and coach to great success. He is an internationally renowned performance and conditioning coach specializing in the areas of physical and mental preparation.
